This wine-tasting experience in Waipara Valley offers a perfect mix of scenic beauty, local delicacies, and exceptional wines. The day starts by picking you up from your local accommodation and then we journey north with a visit to Waipara Springs, where you'll enjoy a plattered lunch featuring local produce like Akaroa salmon, fresh cheeses, seasonal fruits, and herb-infused sausages. The lunch is designed to enhance the tasting experience, offering a perfect balance of savoury and fresh flavours that complement the wines.

Next, you move to Georges Road, where you can taste some of the region’s most famous varietals like Syrah, Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris, and Riesling. These wines reflect Waipara's ability to grow elegant, structured reds and fresh, aromatic whites.

Torlesse offers a more relaxed tasting experience, where you can unwind in the gardens and enjoy refreshing citrus-scented Pinot Gris and Sauvignon Blanc.
