While we do not have strict age or height restrictions, all guests must be able to safely mount, dismount, walk with, and operate an adult-sized electric bike and power themselves unaided (at times without pedal assist) throughout the duration of the 2-hour tour. For insurance and licensing purposes, we are unable to accommodate individuals who, at the time of booking or arrival: Are pregnant, Have physical or health limitations or disabilities that would prevent them from safe operation of an e-bike, Weigh more than 350lbs, Appear intoxicated or under the influence, Are unable or unwilling to sign our pre-tour liability, media, and copyright waiver.
