Meeting/Redemption Point

    • Airlie Beach QLD 4802, Australia | Meeting Point B is at the North end of Coral Sea Marina near Sorrento's Bar. You will see a big roundabout and shaded seating with big umbrella's. The crew will be wearing uniforms with Habibi written on them. Check-in is at 8.00am sharp - we recommend you arrive at the Meeting Point 10 minutes early. We will not hold the boat - so do not be late!! If walk from the main street of Airlie Beach, it is a 10 minute walk from the lagoon along the bicentennial walkway. Google maps Sorrentos Bar. If you are driving park in the first carpark as you enter Coral Sea Marina (the south end). It is paid parking $12 per day. Parking machines take card only or you can download the app EasyPark ahead of time. From the south marina carpark, walk 200m further along the footpath past the water police station until you arrive at Meeting Point B and the big roundabout.

What you can expect

Itinerary
Day 1
Whitehaven Beach Day

Sail to Whitehaven Beach's north end where you will enjoy a 15-minute walk through the rainforest to Hill Inlet Lookout to view the world-famous swirling sands of Whitehaven Beach. Look out for stingrays and lemon sharks which can sometimes be sighted from the lookout.

Then, walk down to Whitehaven Beach - a pristine 7 km-long silica sandy beach. Spend a few hours soaking up the sun and the stunning views, and take a swim to refresh in the cool turquoise waters.

Next, hop back on board for a sail to another island. Here, discover the underwater world of fish and coral of the great Barrier Reef, and see the fringing reefs around the Whitsunday Islands.

Watch the sunset from the deck of the boat whilst sipping a refreshing cold beer or wine. Meals included on day 1 include a welcome fruit platter upon boarding, buffet style lunch, afternoon tea, pre dinner snacks and big Aussie BBQ.

Day 2
Snorkel and Sail

Get up early to catch the sunrise if you please and enjoy a sail to your first snorkel destination of the day. See abundant coral and fish, then continue to a second snorkel sight or pristine beach.

Set sail to return to Airlie Beach listening to some summer tunes. Arrive back at the marina at approximately 4 PM. Meals included on day 2 include breakfast, lunch, tea/coffee, and biscuits.
