You will start at our shop where we will prepare all of your equipment before you go with a qualified instructor and start your lesson on the beach where they will explain all the equipment and how to use it. You will go through sailing position, how to enter and exit the water and how to turn before going into the water to have a go. Its a great sport to learn and a fun way to be on the water. Learning new skills and being active. Its a great way to spend some time getting wet, falling in and sailing along with the wind in your hair
