The food and wine itinerary includes : - Minutolo (white): bruschetta with semolina bread, tomatoes from the garden, extra virgin olive oil and primosale with Minutolo gelatin; - Primitivo Rosé: fresh mozzarella and courgette alla “poverella” with mint and EVO oil; - Cabernet Sauvignon (red) : freshly baked, wild pork salami with quince jam.
