Activity itinerary

You will start the tour by walking through the rows of Tenuta Liliana, where 14.5 hectares of organic vineyards extend over the red soil of Salento. Accompanied by an expert Guide, you will discover how the soil, climate and geographical location give life to wines with unique character. You will observe the vines closely, learn to recognise the differences between the parcels and understand why this corner of Puglia produces such a fine Cabernet Sauvignon. You will then enter the cellar, carved from an ancient carparo quarry, the golden stone that has characterised Salento architecture for centuries. In these cool and quiet environments, you will discover the stages of wine production: from grape processing to fermentation, to ageing in barriques and bottle packaging. Your Guide will take you step by step, making every detail understandable and fascinating. You will conclude with a guided tasting of three wines — white, rosé and red — paired with local products from Salento. You will learn to recognise its aromas, flavours and characteristics linked to the territory, in a finish that combines culture, taste and conviviality in the heart of Salento.
