      What you can expect

      Enjoy 5 different wines in the summer and 4 different mulled wines in the winter all with historic connections to buildings or places in the city centre of Trier on this guided walking tour. Uncover the city's fascinating history on your way from the Porta Nigra gate to the Viehmarkt Square.

      Meet your guide near the Porta Nigra, a gate that was built by Romans as part of the city's fortifications system. Make your way through the city's streets which are dotted with Roman ruins and breathtaking cathedrals.

      Savour 5 different wines along the way, or have 4 different grape juices instead(Bookable over E-Mail). Snack on some breadsticks with your drinks and hear about how each wine is connected to this lush wine-growing region.

      Finally reach Viehmarkt Square where the tour ends outside the Forum Baths, which are ruin of a Roman bath complex.
