You will be welcomed into a heroic vineyard, where the vines are rooted in green tuff, offering breathtaking views that stretch from the hills to the sea. The visit continues in the beating heart of the company: a monumental cellar carved entirely into the tuff rock dating back to the 17th century. Here, among ancient barrels and walls full of history, you will discover the secrets of traditional island winemaking and the indissoluble link between the volcanic earth and the character of its wines. The highlight will be the guided tasting of four excellent labels, selected to tell the purity of the native vines.
