Day 2 – Crater Descent, Hot Springs & Island Monastery by Boat
Begin the day with a guided descent into the crater. Walk through dense forest, volcanic rock formations, and terraced fields cultivated by local communities.
At the lake shore, board a traditional wooden boat and glide across the emerald water to visit an island monastery known for its peaceful atmosphere and centuries-old heritage.
Afterwards, walk or ride a mule to the natural hot springs hidden within the crater. Enjoy a rejuvenating soak or a relaxing rest beside the springs before hiking back to the rim.
