What you can expect

  • Begin your day by taking the metro from Xi'an to Lintong. Upon arrival, visit the Terracotta Warriors and Horses Museum. Explore the 3 pits and see the bronze chariots and horses at Lishan Garden.

    After your visit, enjoy a simple lunch in Lintong, with options like roujiamo (Chinese hamburger) and liangpi (cold noodles). Then, take the metro back to Xi'an.

    Next, visit the Xi'an City Wall, entering through Yongning Gate or South Gate. Rent a bike and ride along the wall, taking in views of the moat and old city.

    Continue your tour with a visit to the Bell Tower, Drum Tower, and the Muslim Quarter. Take photos of the landmarks and, if you wish, try some local snacks at Sajinqiao or Dapiyuan.

    Next, head to the North Square of the Giant Wild Goose Pagoda and the exterior of Daci'en Temple. Finally, end your day with a night tour of the Tang Paradise, where you can see the street lights, people in Hanfu, and more.
