What you can expect

This programme is the most comprehensive that can be undertaken by non-certified divers.

First, you'll receive a theoretical briefing on land. Afterwards, we'll travel by boat to our dive site, where two dives will take place.

  • Dive 1: in shallow water. Here, you'll familiarise yourself with the equipment and perform some basic exercises.
  • Dive 2: depending on your comfort and the conditions, this dive can reach a maximum depth of 12 metres.

Requirements

  • Minimum age: 10 years
  • No prior experience necessary
  • Good health and adequate swimming skills are required.

The total duration of the programme is approximately 4 hours.

Good health is essential for diving. Divers over the age of 60 or those with any medical conditions or health restrictions must present a valid diving medical certificate.

For your safety, you must not fly for at least 24 hours after diving to avoid health risks associated with diving and air travel.

Please note: This is not a diving course and therefore does not lead to certification.
