Activity itinerary

This is a meditation class based on yogic techniques. It is NOT a yoga class. In this class you will learn breathing yogic techniques that help calm the mind, and the nervous system. Yogic breathing techniques are fast and very effective way to quiet the mind, get into meditative state, ground yourself, and have clear, purposeful thoughts that are empowering one's character and mind. We will be using different breathing techniques and sound healing mantras. This class will be outdoors, somewhere in Sedona's nature.
