Your experience starts with a guided tasting session. You’ll explore the aromas and flavour profiles of several regional varieties, like earthy and full-bodied Gayo beans, nutty Java coffee, floral Toraja, fruity Ijen, and rich Temanggung roasts. Alongside, sample premium Indonesian chocolates sourced from small producers in Bali, Lampung, West Java, and Aceh, each offering its own aroma and texture.
After the tasting, it’s your turn to create.
