What you can expect

Half Day Hiking Tour with English / Dutch / French / Italian Guide in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. You will be taken to the Peak of the Ancient Volcano Nglanggeran at an altitude of 700 metres above sea level. It takes about 50-60 minutes to get to this location. Mount Gedhe as the west peak of the Ancient Volcano has a rather roomy condition but it cannot be used for camping / setting up tents. Besides the Nglanggeran Volcano Peak, you will also be taken to Nglanggeran Embung, one of the spots to see the sunset in Yogyakarta. You will also be guided by experienced guides who are available in 4 languages, English, Dutch, French and Italian.

Itinerary:

  • 01:00 PM Pick up at your hotel lobby
  • 01:00 PM – 02:00 PM Depart to Nglanggeran Village
  • 02:00 PM – 03:00 PM Hiking to the top of Nglanggeran Mountain
  • 03:00 PM – 04:00 PM Enjoying the atmosphere at the peak
  • 04:00 PM – 04.30 PM Trekking down to Embung Nglanggeran Reservoir
  • 04:30 PM – 06:00 PM Enjoying the sunset at Embung Nglanggeran Reservoir
