What you can expect

Start on time at your accommodation by driving 45 minutes to Mount Merapi in the morning, enjoying the cool and refreshing air when you get there.

Once there, have fun as you climb into your off-road Jeep. Explore challenging volcanic trails to stunning viewpoints like the Bunker, where the majesty of Mount Merapi lies before you.

Next, sit back and relax on the way to Jomblang Cave. Get ready to descend as deep as 60 metres and experience a natural light show. Explore the tunnel that stretches for about 280 metres, feel the light of heaven as the sun begins to rise, enchanting every observer.

The final adventure is tubing in Pindul Cave. Explore the cave and see natural paintings in the cave. After leaving Pindul you will be greeted by a beautiful waterfall on the Oyo River.
