Activity itinerary

1. Sunrise Surf Session: Claim the Glass What You'll Do: We'll meet as the first light tints the sky. You'll grab your board, and our coaches will lead a brief warm-up on the sand before guiding you into the water. This is the famed "Dawn Patrol." 2. Healthy & Hearty Breakfast: Refuel and Recharge What You'll Do: After working up an appetite in the sea, you'll head back to our beachfront restaurant. Here, you'll sit down to a well-earned, nutritious breakfast specially crafted to replenish your energy. Power Breakfasts: Eggs your way, avocado toast, or our signature Sri Lankan coconut roti with sambal. Post-Surf Smoothies: Blended with protein, local bananas, and mangos to repair muscles. 3. Sunset Surf Session: Ride the Golden Light What You'll Do: After a day of relaxing, exploring, or maybe a yoga session, we regroup in the late afternoon. We'll head back to the beach for a second surf session as the sun begins to dip lower in the sky.
