Activity itinerary

You will never taste wine the same way again. You’ll spend a moment that feels easy and different from a classic wine tasting. You’ll taste a selection of four french wines and, without overthinking, start to recognise what you truly enjoy. As the experience unfolds, wine becomes simpler. More personal. More intuitive. And then something shifts. You stop thinking about wine as something you need to understand…and start seeing it as something that fits your life. We explore a new way of pairing: not only with food, but with moments, energy, and atmosphere. By the end, choosing wine feels natural, like choosing music for a moment. And you will leave with your book and a French Wine Style Guide to conitnue exploring your taste. • I have changed the venue since I started this project. Now we are in a more central, charming cosy private space in the heart of the 6th.
