First we meet on the surf school at 09.45 get wetsuit and surfboard with you teacher, and get moving in to the designated area to our school on the beach near the river of the Cachón River. Practical surf lessons in warm water and Warming Up Games Juices, energy bars and water Practical classes of surf in the water, Collecting plastic on the beach and environmental education, Stretches with teachers, Dressing rooms, bathrooms, back to school and pick up time.
