‘’Zotter Chocolate’’ founded in 1987, Zotter is a family-run business with Josef and Ulrike Zotter at the helm. Zotter is a ‘’ bean-to-bar’’ producer, making everything in-house from roasting to conching in small batches. They use fine flavour cacao beans, cocoa butter instead of palm oil, and other high-quality ingredients. Zotter also known as 100% organic, FAIR-TRADE chocolatier, ranks among the best chocolatiers in the world with its variety, quality, and creativity. In 2014, Zotter opened the Chocolate Theatre in Shanghai. It’s a chocolate adventure world with tasting tour included, spread out over a 2400 square metre space. The Zotter Chocolate Theatre Shanghai is one and only heritage-protected brick factory in China, all chocolates are imported from Austria. Now, we imported around 250 different flavours , our range includes the Hand-scooped Choco, Labooko, Balleros, Mitzi Blue, Classic, Fruit Bar, Light Bulbs, Drinking Chocolates, Choco Lolly and Handmade Mixing bar.
