"This was the perfect location for sightseeing on a first trip to Paris. Easy to find and close to several metros and landmarks. Staff was attentive but did not overdo it. Room was spotless every day. Bed comfortable and room temp easy to control. "

Our flight changed and when I asked to be in the same room . She was helpful . Anna the concierge was very informative . Elena checked us out and gave us a fond farewell . "We really loved the location and overall the property was clean but this hotel does not have regular amenities. We were there for 7 nights and they came to clean one time. It could have been twice and that would have been helpful. The elevator on the property broke down twice during our stay. It was fixed within about 6 hours but 2 times we had to climb up the 7 flights in a spiral staircase and go down twice and pass a family with their stroller they were dragging up with almost no room to do...

"Great location if you visiting the Lovre and gardens. A very convenient market is across the street. It is a old and historic property but in excellent condition. Our room was clean and comfortable. The desk clerks made our stay even more enjoyable with their suggestions and recommendations. One thing: there is no elevator. There are narrow winding steps to the main floor. Kind of a pain with luggage, but the desk clerks help you out. I would recommend."
