"There was no property in service. I showed up after dark. Down a beaten path. To be greeted by two men who didn’t speak any English. I was legitimately scared for my safety. I was made aware, after they called three different people someone who spoke English, that the hotel hadn’t been in service for TWO MONTHS. I’m enraged I was even able to book a reservation through Expedia and I’m highly disappointed Expedia does not check there hotels regularly to make sure they are actually functioning...

"We had a lovely stay. Clean room. Great view of the pool and beach-definitely worth paying for the sea view. Perfect location for the beach and lovely town of sozopol. Went end of may so slightly out of season so was quiet but perfect for us. We did brave the pool but it was on the cold side. Staff friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again!"

"Terrible!!! Rated 4stars?? No way!!! What a scam!!! Rooms were not fit for human occupancy. Dirty, old, stinky, stained mattresses and pillows. Pile of garbage bags on the sidewalks not collected for days. The water park is in need of serious updates. It is old and dangerous. People were injured every day - from bumps and bruises to broken bones, and none of the lifeguards seemed to care. On the positive side, food was not bad, and the Black Sea was beautiful."

"Pro: the hotel is right on the beach and the main drag with a lot of eateries. Con: Parking, parking, parking! There is a paid parking lot next to the hotel, but it was filled to capacity all 3 days we were there. Parking on the streets is nonexistent and the towing "service" very vigilant."

"Bodde på dette 4-stjerners hotellet tidlig i mai. Rommet hadde aircondition, kjøleskap, balkong og et praktisk reolsystem. Frokost var inkludert. Den var helt ok. Godt med plass, solseng ved bassenget var ikke noe problem, frisør og beauty salon på hotellet. Kort avstand til buss, taxi og for så vidt til stranda eller Lidl. Når jeg betalte KUN kr. 163 pr. natt. må det være lov å spørre: Er det mulig i 2024? Drar gjerne tilbake dit."
