The only reason I did not rate it 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ was because unfortunately there was a cover for the roller blinds that kept us up as it was windy outside and it was not properly fastened. I could not identify what was making the noise until the morning, but notified the front desk of the problem. "

"The staff spoke Italian, French, and English. They were very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast each morning provided a lot of food/drink options. The location of the hotel was convenient to the sea and casino, many shops and restaurants. (Long walk or cab ride to the train station, pretty walk from bus station.) The only thing that could've made the trip better was a more exact description of the location and its relation to Miramare. It was difficult to find when I first arrived. But...

"We had an excellent room with a view of the sea from our terrace. Plenty of space and a recently remodeled room with a comfortable bed. The staff was very helpful and provided us beach towels and parked our car for us."

"very tiny room , very small bed , depressive, looks like a jail , they have 2 different sections one very ugly like for prisoners and another one very expensive, they take advantage of the Sanremo famous beaches."

"Excellent staff and property. Breakfast was fabulous. We booked here to walk Cinq Terre and it was so handy by train. The village also had lots of bars and restaurants. Parking a little tricky but secure and under the hotel. A lift which is great from car park to room. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you "

"Nice and cozy hotel. It looks like the hotel has been there fora long time. It's an old-styled building with charm. The room was nice and clean with a big balcony, although the shower head was a little broken so only the center stream worked and the AC so loud we turned it off. The host was very friendly and helpful. "

"Nice & clean. Good location - close to the beach and within a walking distance to the center. There is a bakery & a supermarket right across the street. A little noisy as it is on a busy street. The staff was pleasant - quick check in & check out. "

"We appreciated the bunk beds for our kids and the balcony. The hotel staff were very nice. Lots of beaches and restaurants with umbrellas and chairs a short walk away. Near a nice strolling/shopping street. We stayed here on our way up to Switzerland and were very pleasantly surprised with the hotel and town! Easy parking on the street in front of the hotel. Laundry facility a few doors down."

"The hotel was very clean, very good breakfast. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking was available. We enjoyed a 3 night stay. Short walk to the town center, restaurants and the excellent Friday Market. Loana is a very nice town to stay at."

"Overall, ok stay. Service of the breakfast and dinner can be improved. Personnel could not explain the menus on the card. Breakfast lady has a sharp edge. Restaurant is missing a bit of atmosphere. Also, the soap and shampoo in the bathroom were not renewed. We had to ask for it, even after the room was cleaned. Location and pool are excellent. As well as possibility to reserve beach chairs and umbrella. Would come back if the minor points are taken care of."
