"Koh Rong is quiet but the Hill Beach Resort is located near the more popular area of Long Set beach. Probably nicer places along the other beach but your stuck far away from shops and restaurants. The resort and staff were lovely and I think its the pick on the island. They have their own jetty which the main ferry line drop you off at."

"Big construction site all around leaving everything covered in dust even the pool. Rooms filthy, no English speakningen staff, so they had to Call somebody from spiralfer eventhoug we had announsed a late arrival at 20pm. We payed for 3 rooms and were promissed a refund, since they only had 2 rooms for us, but it never came."

"We had a wonderful five nights at this hotel. It is ideally located on an amazing white beach that is quite and does not have lots of backpackers and bars. The staff were excellent and sorted out a number of issues we had with our travel arrangement. Finally Koh Rong is definitely worth visiting for a relaxing and rejuvenating break. "Great location with infinity swimming pool and restaurant overlooking the beach. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast, comfortable room. Easy walk to the other side of the island to snorkel, renting the snorkel etc. from the padi office at the hotel. Plenty of bars/restaurants with lively evening entertainment and places to book activities (the trip to swim with the bioluminescent plankton at night is amazing and highly recommended!) along the beach.
