"This is the best hotel for the money that I have experienced in Heidelberg. The front-desk staff is attentive, friendly and helpful. The convenient Frankfurt Airport bus operated by Lufthansa stops at the Hilton, a 10-minute walk away. Rooms are bright and recently renovated. Access to Hauptstadt, Altstadt and local transportation center at Bismarckplatz are nearby."

"Very good option for a short stay. Close to the main attractions. The rooms are cozy and the amenities are very basic, I can’t recommend staying for long. They offer a great breakfast and the reception is very friendly."

"Das Einchecken hat ca. 45 Minuten gedauert, weil es Probleme mit der Expedia-Buchung gab. Zudem musste ich für Übernachtung mit Frühstück 75,64 € statt wie angegeben 66 € bezahlen. Gäste, die mit Booking gebucht hatten, konnten derweil problemlos einchecken. Beim Frühstücksbuffet habe ich Brot und Obst vermisst."

"The hotel is really nice, we had a comfy large villa room on the ground floor which was really quiet. We were there two nights travelling through so didn’t get the opportunity to use self contact kitchen facility. Staff friendly and accommodating. We were surprised that the location was in more of a business district, so had to drive to restaturants, only one in walking distance. The restaurant was closed on the night we arrived."
