"Lovely hotel in a good location. The sauna is a nice touch but barely hot enough to make it worth it. The WiFi was not good 2 out of 3 days and we had to use our day. Would’ve liked coffee in the room as well as a room safe (had to give valuables to desk staff) and shampoo/conditioner. Had to go buy some. But very clean and safe. "

"The location is fantastic, and the property was very clean and felt safe. It was also inexpensive relative to other options. My room was absolutely enormous for the price. The pool and spa facilities listed on the Expedia page were not available during my stay. The wifi on the 4th floor simply does not work. I mentioned this to 2 different staff members who seemed to know about the issue, and unintersted in finding a solution. "

"Second time staying here. Excellent little hotel just outside Chamonix, quietly set near the river in the forest with great views of the Aiguille du Dru. Friendly, welcoming. Comfortable room, a triple which was effectively two rooms with lots of space. Nothing too grand but very comfortable and clean, with a balcony. The only challenge is the narrow stairs (no lift). Good buffet breakfast. And, they now serve dinner; interesting menu of good food, though a bit expensive maybe. Although not...

"Staff is very nice. Simple but functional hotel. About 25 min drive to Chamonix which is not bad considering it is much cheaper staying here instead."

"Great boutique hotel. We were upgraded to the Junior Suite which was incredible. The front desk staff were very helpful and gave us great recommendations. Only downside was that the Jacuzzi was closed (shoulder season), but the front desk staff directed us to QC Therme just down the road. Slightly more expensive, but well worth the price. There is some road noise, but overall incredible views and stay. "
