"Hotel is in a good condition. Rooms are very clean. Coffee for breakfast is terrible. It is shame to put instant coffee machine in this kind of hotel. Usually there is a queue in front of coffee machine in the hotels but in this hotel nobody take that coffee in the morning. They push guests to pay for coffee in the bar. Nikiti in general looks terrible. Dirty and chaotic with very bad streets."

"The hotel is splendid! The staff carried our luggage to our rooms for us up the stairs and were extremely helpful with our late night arrival. We were having problems logging into wifi so they did that for us to ensure we could connect during our stay. The swan towels on the bed were beautiful and the towel folded into a rose in the bathroom was an added bonus. Plenty of shampoo and and soaps were provided. The room we are in is painted in soothing colours and the bedding is fresh. The toilets...

"The hotel is lovely and the staff are truly so hard working, the breakfast and dinner crew work non stop and Nikos is amazing by the pool. For their sake though, we suggest that the uniform changes to shorts in this heat not black trousers! The only downfall here was the lack of hot or even tepid water at various times of the day and the continuous power cuts. Location is very close to Siviri beach - truly walking distance."

"We loved our stay at Acrotel Lilyann Boutique; the room was spacious and clean with comfortable beds and good aircon; the breakfast was delicious and varied; the beach facilities excellent and all included; the staff very helpful. "Our room was double reserved. They give to us one 4 bad apartment for one night and for next night 4 bad studio. For next 8 days they reserved to us room in other hotel. We muved 3 times. I never will go at this hotel."

"It’s probably unique place for treatment of wi-fi addiction - no internet access in 21 century! Unbelievable! Second, the entire place has unbearable odor. Third, for six days there was no cleaning service or change of towels and bedding. The only good thing was the decent meals. In sum, never again in this hotel. "

Room service threw away a packet of pills of mine and when confronted they acted defensive instead of helping and insisted that all they do in the room is change towels which they didn’t even do. Came back to the room the next day and they threw more things out and moved all of our things. Toilet didn’t even flush , you have to mop after you shower. Safe to say the hotel experience brought down our holiday a lot"

"The hotel itself is very nice and cozy. Beautifully maintained garden with loads of flowers, pine trees, freshly cut grass. The swimming pool is nice too. We booked basic room but we did not expect it to be outdated, requiring refurbishment. At check, in the room was so smelly that we couldn't stand it, I guess, when days were passing by we just got used to the smell. Breakfast was continental but very limited on choices. Coffee: as in every hotel - horrible. It was instant cheap coffee. Bar...

"The room is new,nice and spacious. The pool was slightly cold for our likes during day and night. And you can spot some insects in the pool. Maybe something can be done to avoid this. The breakfast was really tasty. The location is ideal,close to the village."

"Excellent little boutique hotel in Kassandra. Having only 12 rooms and being adult only was the perfect hotel to relax in a more quiet and less busy setting. Hotel is brand new and the rooms and sea view was exceptional. Staff were amazingly helpful and friendly."

"The property was closed for the season and wish that had been made clear when I booked.As a lone traveller it is not very pleasant to rattle around in an empty building Arrangements had been made for myself and the only other lady staying to breakfast elsewhere which we did after a false start the second day when the place was locked as usual and nobody seemed quite sure what to do.Come in summer is my advice!!"
