"What a beautiful cottage with plenty of amenities and incredible views. A very comfortable stay and plenty of space, with a secrete garden for dogs and lovely neighbours. Would have loved to have known about towels, the games, the kitchen equipment available before we arrived so that we did not over pack unnecessarily. "

"The room was quaint, bathroom lovely. A nice welcome tray with biscuits and drinks. 3 flights of narrow stairs so we were glad the owner helped us with our suitcase. Would have been difficult and it’s definitely not for the handicapped. Our biggest disappointment was that no breakfast was served, especially as there’s a nice breakfast room downstairs - thought there should have been for the price. Nowhere local to eat breakfast although a mini supermarket nearby sold sandwiches. We assumed...

"Overall stay was nice. Only issue was the piece of wood art above the bed. Was full off cobwebs and spider's. Im chronic asthmatic and this wasnt ideal for me with the dust. I cleaned it myself . "

"I stayed at the Victoria Hotel for a race i had the next day. Simon was friendly and welcoming. I stayed in a twin room which was very clean and spacious and the bed was comfy. I was advised when i arrived that it was a local pub and the darts was on that evening. I stayed on the top floor and didn't hear a thing. The hotel doesnt have parking but there was plenty of on street parking available and i mamaged to park rught outside. I would stay here again"

"Very, very unimpressed with the heating situation. Only on our way to our property were we informed, by text, that the main form of heating is a log burner - and it was our responsibility to buy logs! The central heating was controlled only by the owner, remotely via an app, so we had no way of turning on, off or up the radiators. The temperature on these was set so low they only came on for a bit in the mornings. So essentially, the owner is making guests pay for their own heating. The whole...
