"Due to a double booking we initially accepted a downgrade from a Greater room to a Great room. The Great room was too small for two people and we asked if there was a possibility of our moving to a larger room. Darab was very understanding and helpful and organised for us to move to a Greater Room for the remaining 6 nights of our 7 day stay which was very much appreciated. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. It is a shame the full kitchen is no longer operating but understand if it...

"This is a good no frills hotel that I’ve stayed at many times. Very close to trams and train (within 200 metres walk) and there’s plenty of good food options around. Secure parking in the rear. Staff were friendly and helpful. Needs some updating, but the bed was comfy, and room was clean. "

"Very comfortable motel with good room facilities ( ie. microwave , air con , cable tv channels , dining table and huge arm chair ! Comfy bed , spacious room , easy parking ). Very clean . Very friendly and accommodating host . Close proximity to supermarket ( Coles ) and eating places . Although on main road , not bothered at all by traffic noise . Only stayed overnight but would be very comfortable for a longer stay for sure . Nothing I could fault about my stay here . "

"The room was per pictures and as described, was modern, clean and has decent amenities. The service was excellent and being pet friendly was convenient. From outside the property - looked a bit worse for wear (aged, unkempt gardens, not very appealing) but inside makes up for it. Good value and service. "

"It was good for the money. Clean bedding, a warm room and close to where we wanted to be. Towels and toiletries good too. Traffic noise died down eventually."

"Front desk weren't the most friendly but the cleaner was. I stayed 3 nights and each day my room was cleaned. The cleaner also offered to carry my bags to my room. Tv didn't work in room, i called the reception but no one answered. Reception was closed at 9am on Monday so the cleaner took my key so i could check out. Talk about a staff member that goes above and beyond. I hope she is treated well, paid well and valued well"
