"Prior to arriving I had emailed Amery House to arrange a birthday surprise for two of the guests and also when our transfer was cancelled last minute by the company at the airport Amery House resolved this for me. The surprise for the birthdays was really lovely. The staff were very pleasant and helpful and when a minor medical issue arose were again helpful to help me resolve it. It would be nice if they considered the breakfast area being used for evening snacks or a bar but aside from that,...
