"Slightly confused check in as they took 30 minutes to find out our room wasn’t ready, the hotel is modern but quite dark and not overly welcoming as is the bar. It is very close to the metro and there are a few street cafes near by. We had a wheelchair accessible room which could have been larger as the space next to the bed was quite tight for my wheelchair, the bathroom was large although the shower seat was very small and could be difficult depending on your level of disability. "The FREe shuttle waited a few minutes (our flight was late), friendly welcome, clean spacious room and very kind professional team. Very generous breakfast too! Excellent hotel for our one night airport stay. "

"It may be further from the city but only a 16 euro taxi and can also take public transport! and only half an hour to the airport! Very warm welcome and they said they gave us an upgrade and the upgrade was a good room size! The breakfast was amazing with so many drink options and eggs/waffles made to order! Would definitely stay there again! Maybe even use the Spa next time! "

"The hotel is lovely and very clean. Breakfast was ok, basic and doesn’t cater for intolerances very well but there is a supermarket nearby to get anything you need. It’s a 40 minute journey into Milan centre so quite out of the way."

"I loved the room but carpet and stained upholstery. Air conditioning turned off at 9 pm which makes no sense given that s when people need air conditioning. Hotel in la Spezia didn t charge us city tax to compensate for nights when air conditioner didn t work. This hotel refused to compensate us for the inconvenience. "
