Had some rain over our stay and box gutter was leaking right out our front door of our room. Apart from that it was a good stay. "

"Easy early checkin. Room was very clean and new. Ryan(front desk) was so nice to get me a coffee when I woke up at 340am and was preparing to leave for an early flight. All i said was I wish I had some coffee and he went above and beyond to get my wife and I a cup when everything was closed. Archie at the roof top bar was very engaging and great to talk to. His recommendation for local beers were fantastic and spot on. Thanks for the great short stay!"

"Overall the stay was very nice and relaxing. Just a few issues, alot of the complimenary items advertised are not provided. The description had listed the room as soundproofed however the TV is located on the opposite side of the room to the bed. We had the TV on a reasonably low volume when we went to sleep but were woken up at 5am by the phone. The Building Manager called due to multiple people reporting our TV being too loud. "Great property- near to beach, near to Pacific Fair, near to transport. We pay extra for the view of the ocean and I think it is worth doing it as we avoided the noise from the main road as well. Pool is amazing and warm. Great stay"
