"Loved the feel of Azzoli apartments, interesting design, comfortable rooms and particularly fond of the roof terrace for breakfast each day and a place to relax of an afternoon or evening as an escape from the heat at street level. It’s also in a terrific location - 5 mins to the port for island ferries, a nearby beach, great food options and shops. Really enjoyed our stay a happy to recommend it. "

The hotel did not become full until the last week of August as we periodically checked their site. Beautiful setting, quiet, tasty breakfast and on-site restaurant, including wine tasting from their region. We stayed for two nights and that was perfect amount of time to relax and recharge. Reception staff were excellent and arranged valet parking and take away breakfast on day of departure. We had a 3 night stay and would stay in this hotel again. Good value for money. "

"An excellent hotel right in the centre. The valet parking service was a great help. The room was clean and well equipped. The staff were friendly and very keen to offer help. Breakfast had a good range of fresh, quality food. I don’t think you are going to do better than this hotel in the centre of Marsala. Just be prepared for a bit of a drive around the town to find it the first time you arrive. The only thing I would suggest would be a few little pots of milk to go with the tea in the room."

"Cave Bianche is situated in an old quarry, its attractive buildings made from the tufa stone, which was quarried here. The grounds are attractively landscaped, there is a beautiful pool - and bar - and the staff are solicitous and friendly. Colazione is the standard Italian fare, included in the room price. "The hotel offers less than expected. As a Resort & Spa it's expected to have Resort's facilities and to be a spa which nothing more than swimming-pool was found. The service was the highlight, particularly at the breakfast, both Marco and Valentina did everything they could to make our experience the best. Congrats to this team! "
