"This will be my first review. After having stayed at the Pulitzer in Amsterdam, and 5 star hotels in Paris, I always aim to get the same experience while traveling Brasil. This hotel is cute, service is by far the best i have ever had anywhere in the world, it feels like you have the whole hotel to your self. Pool area, spa and Gym is fully loaded and amazing, you can reserve these amenities to your self. We did not want to leave, the staff is like family and always there to take care of you....

"I was 100% satisfied with my stay at this hotel and the service was above and beyond to give me a good experience! The room was spacious, the shower was nice, and I am so glad there was a heater in the room! Bed was comfortable, wifi worked well, and the location is great. The service however was the best and there was water in the lobby which came in handy. 10/10!"

"O hotel é super novo (tem uns 6 meses). A arquitetura é linda. Fomos recepcionados pelo gerente com taças de espumante, enquanto eles preparavam nosso checkin. Aliás, o atendimento foi impecável do início ao fim. Tem manobrista, carregadores de malas, etc. O conforto do quarto é excelente. Toalhas de primeira qualidade, cama boa. Achei o tamanho do quarto um pouco apertado, mas não chega a torna-lo desconfortável por isso. Mas o ponto alto é o café da manhã, que NAO TEM HORA PRA ENCERRAR. Isso...

"Excellent location. The hotel is newer, elegant and very comfortable. The breakfast is good, with a great variety but they can improve it a little with bacon, toppings for the granola bar, cucas. The pool was a little dirty the day we went to see it. The bed is comfortable, great pillows and sheets. The shower has good pressure. Overall it was really good. I would stay there again. "
