"The chef at the buffet was rude and gave me a hard time and attitude when I asked him if he could make my eggs/omelette with a dif spatula being that I am allergic to regular eggs. He had an attitude, told me it’d be 20 minutes when there was no one else in line. Finally, we had to get the attention of the other wait staff to hurry things along, as we needed to get the shuttle so we didn’t miss our flight. "

"I found the staff here to be very helpful and kind for my stay. The room was very clean & spacious, shower was very powerful and bed was so comfortable. Amenities were good and breakfast buffet was definitely of a good standard. Thanks for making it an enjoyable stay, will definitely be back again"

"Hotel in the mid-levels area means all the amenities: convenience stores, lots of restaurants, and easy access to the escalators. Also, great views of the city skyline. "

"The over building was ok however the beds felt like we where sleeping on the floor Mattress was very hard . Hotel never offered water bottles in the room "

"I love the Prudential. It has great ac. Location is fantastic with shopping center below and metro station. It is not super fancy, however, it is clean and simple. Breakfast is not my preference… I prefer to walk a few blocks to the Sheraton and have breakfast there. Price wise, The Prudential is a great option. I recommend."
