"I like this hotel and stayed there when the pandemic was still raging elsewhere. However, it's now four years since Covid and things which were effective during that time are still in place. The rooms are quite bare. I asked for an iron to sort out some travel wrinkles and that's what I got and was told to "use the desk" as an ironing board! I asked for a coffee and tea tray and I got.....a kettle. When I asked again - I was told I should have asked for a cup....in the end I borrowed a cup and...

"The accommodation was bright, modern, clean and had everything you needed. Bonus was the little balconies in our room where you could sit comfortably and enjoy the view. Location is superb. "Very comfortable apartment, nice bed and sofa. Cleanliness not a good as I have come to expect staying in this area. We had to re wash most of the dishes/pts/pans, cutlery etc as it had been put back in cupboards still covered in food. The apartment did what we needed, but a few things that would have been nice, a couple of dishwasher tablets, bin bags in bins, some kitchen roll. These are usually pretty standard items when you stay in any apart hotel/air bnb in this area. "
