"The cottage was very quaint and cosy. Staff left you alone to enjoy your holiday which was nice. Check in and check out was a tad confusing and needed attention. Gas fire place instead of actual fire place which is deceptive but safer option I guess for the hotel given the lack of human interaction. All round a pleasant stay. "

"Everything was quite nice. Big enough for 10 of us. The only 2 things were we kept running out of hot water and had to wait till the next day and having to carry everything up the stairs as it is only back yard and garage downstairs. "

"Ruby‘s respond was quick. The room is OK，but there’s no tissue box, less hand washes. The hot water is not enough for more than three people. It’s said the solar hot water system need 2hours to supply hot water however it needs much longer. We waited 4 hours but still no hot water."
