"The welcome was lovely, facilities clean. They held my bag for me while I checked out and walked around before actually leaving. I stayed in room 205 and there was a really loud noise the entire time. Sounded like a non stop dishwasher/washing machine next door. I don't actually know what it was. Since I was there for one night I didn't say anything but under normal circumstances would have absolutely switched rooms. I'd stay there again. "

"Place was close to the city center and the plaza. It was walking distance to many dining options and quaint shops. Great location and beautiful architecture. There is a free snack lounge with coffee, water and pastries from 12PM-6AM. Vic is a small town near Vic University and getting transportation during siesta time and late nights is difficult at best. "I was very pleased with my stay! The staff was wonderful and attentive! The only reason why I didn’t give 5 stars for everything is that the property is showing signs of needing updating! "

"Can’t drop off bags at the hotel as the entrance is not what is shown in the pictures but it is located on a beautiful very small pedestrian-only street. Lovely place in a beautiful part of the old city, but you will have to drag your bags a few blocks after you park nearby. "

"This is a “Quaint, clean, and beautiful hotel.” Very serene and relaxing environment. The staff was professional, friendly, and helpful. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. They allow smoking in the balcony of the rooms so if you are non-smokers like us, you may be affected like we were neighbors who smoked. We loved the scenery when we did get to sit on the balcony. When we arrived there was loud music in the courtyard, a side room with dad's staring at a tv screen showing the football, and pictures online of a buffet dinner was enough to convince us we had picked the wrong place."
