"This hotel is at the top of the hill where the Alcazar is located. Our room was at the back, with a balcony and delightful view. That said, it is a hill to descend to the Plaza Zocodovar and the sites and shopping area. We found it worth it, but those with difficulty walking may want to consider carefully. The entire old town is extremely hilly, so it was not limited to this hotel’s location."

"The hotel is recently opened and in perfect condition. The ambiance is special. The rooms are small however and the deluxe vista category is neither. I had to upgrade to a suite to get a room with a real view. The suite was spectacular, with a balcony and.view of the Cathedral and city. The staff are exceptionally kind and helpful. "

"Beautiful hotel with outstanding views of Toledo. Only two downsides are our room was very cold, no heat, and the English channels were news only. The staff did provide us with a space heater that increased our comfort marginally. "

"Location was a few stops from the center of town the bus was across the street from the hotel. A little noise till 11pm if you have a room by the street but after that it was ok. Clean place and good breakfast."

"The hotel location is just outside the city walls approximately 10 minutes away. It is right next door to The Old Hospital Museum /Church which is worth a visit? Housekeeping is very good and the Hotel is in very good condition. Our room is spacious with an excellent view of the city. "

"It was clean, comfy, and had under ground parking (extra fee). Their buffet breakfast was a bit pricey but very nice. About 1 km from sites. So we walked there to the sites no problem. Don’t take your vehicle into the walled part of the old city unless you are a Europe pro driver & parker. "

As we were only staying for one night, more than ample for our needs. Not much to see on a walk before dinner, narrow pavements around the town but safe enough in the area.
