"We loved our stay at Karras Grande Resort! Right from checking in the staff couldn’t do enough for us. There was a little confusion at check in which was nobody’s fault, but the lovely staff upgraded our room for the following nights as a gesture of good will when we spoke to them after our first night. "We really enjoyed this hotel! We had a lovely swim up room which was handy as being pregnant, it was easier to lounge around the room pool than going to the main ones. There was always a sun bed available and the children really enjoyed the facilities! Especially the water park and bouncy castle. The food was hit and miss but we always had something to eat each night. The restaurant choices were good, but booking them seemed unnecessary as they wasn’t always busy. To improve I would suggest a larger drinks variety as it was mainly fizzy or sweet drinks. Water provided in rooms or bottles of water available as part of All Inclusive. Also mats in the rooms as it can be very slippery when coming from the pool. Also, more information about activities available each day on the app, as well as showing your restaurant bookings. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay and we are planning to come back with a larger group next time! Thanks for the lovely hospitality and kind staff assistance!"
