"It was well-situated. The town is very attractive. I did not have time to use the spa facilities. It had very mediocre food for dinner, better for breakfast, but the whole town has pretty lousy food. Also the furniture was quite worn, there were no electric outlets in the bathroom and even in the room itself (I had to pull out the TV console so I could charge my phone). "It’s a Wellness and Spa Hotel and I failed to make an appointment for the Services. My room wasn’t cleaned during my stay and it’s inconvenient for elderly to walk up the stairs to the upper rooms. Faraway from everything to site see and shopping."

"We had a bad experience checking in. One day prior to arrival I noticed that the booking was for one rather than two people. This was for a four (4) night stay, not just overnight. On arrival, were were told we needed to pay an additional 300 euro, almost the same amount as the entire stay of 4 nights. The clerk then contacted the supervisor. The amount was changed to an additional 208 euro. Our travel mood was spoiled, we felt we were being overcharged."

Plus the fact they couldn’t locate my Expedia reservation check in took well over half an hour. In that period I got ticked because the area around the hotel was restricted residents parking and meter parking was a ways away from the hotel (and you need Czech coins for that). The only negative thing is the size of the sauna, only for 2 , it is located together with small pool and shower and it is not practical. To sauna you go no swimsuit than you shower but shower are together with swimming pool, so dressing back and forth and switching to sauna is not practical. Small...
