"The internet was intermittent. I even purchased the faster internet option and yet the internet kept dropping while I was on internet conference calls. To their credit they did try to remediate the internet connection issues but it wasn't reliable. Aside from that everything else was perfect. Shops, Malls, and restaurants, and even a decent gym just steps away from the Hotel. "

"O hotel é muito bonito e o atendimento é muito bom também. Todavia, acredito que o valor que é cobrado pelas diárias não são compatíveis com o hotel. Quartos pequenos e apertados, não tem espaço de trabalho, nem mesa para uma refeição. A varanda do quarto não tem nenhuma utilidade... Fomos no soft opening e o room service não estava ativo no hotel, o que deu uma impressão não muito boa. No mais, o hotel é bom."

"You rent a room in a three bedroom apartment. The check-in and accessing the property is pretty simple and you get to keep the keys to go in and out during your stay. The room has a ceiling fan, no AC. The window faces a busy street and it could get noisy. The area is one of my favorite areas in SP but it could look a bit sketchy at night. You will have access to lots of good restaurants and bars all minutes away. SP is very LGBT friendly and this area even more."
