"Lovely hotel with very attentive staff. Rooms were cleaned during the day and then again in the evening with a nice touch of chocolates being left on the bed for us. Very Spacious room with a very large comfy bed. The Pillows aren’t great, but there are 3 to choose from. A LOT of noise comes through the doors, but the rest of the room was soundproofed well. "Not a five star but a four star hotel. Clean and spacious room. Staff all very friendly and helpful. No advance warning of major roadworks outside hotel but these have all been completed now. Didn’t really bother us as out all day anyway. "

"Helpful and welcoming staff - shame buffet restaurant wasn’t open in the evening out of season. Not clear from Expedia that second pool was closed out of season or that some spa facilities being renovated during our stay. Lovely room and good location and facilities. "

"We love the Kempinski and though we did not get the room upgrade we had asked for the stay was perfect. We hosted a dinner for 15 and they could not have been more accommodating, professional and excellent. The service was outstanding from beginning to end."
