The interior of the hotel is designed like a 5 star resort, all the decor is up to date and resembles a high end hotel in Vegas/Hawaii. The gym had all new equipment and even had lockers available. "We went as a family. My dad had some health episodes and the staff was tremendous. They were attentive and called the facility nurse and medic which provided the greatest care for our family. I really love the polite mannerism of all the staff. We were very lucky because of them."

"We had a wonderful stay at Melia. Staff were so friendly and helpful, great pool and restaurant facilities, close to the beach and many restaurants and eateries and entertainment areas. The only suggestion would be providing some kitchen equipment such as cooking utensils, plates and bowls etc to use as the kitchen was bare, although I acknowledge it is advertised as a suite only. We would definitely recommend staying here when visiting Nha Trang."

"This is my 3rd time staying at the Premier Havana Hotel. My last stay was back in 2019. I think this hotel may have changed ownership - or - is no longer part of the Best Western management. Overall, my stay was excellent. They did place me in a nice room with a separate bedroom (something I really like) on a high-level floor. Unfortunately however, the hotel was packed and my immediate neighbor's were making excessive noise. Mt Cao offered to relocate me, but I was to settled in, and...
