"The hotel is lovely and in a great position for site seeing and public transport. The Hotel bar at the top of the building is expensive and the presentation of the drinks is poor. We ordered gin and tonics that arrive pre mixed in a tumbler, even wetherspoon's use gin ballons and allow you to add your own mixer"

"Wonderful location, clean, modern rooms and very friendly and accommodating staff. We stayed there for just one night during VIVID and during check out, we reported a problem with the shower head that impacted our enjoyment of showers. The Assistant Manager listened to us and offered us free breakfasts to make up for it. Lovely gesture which we appreciated and enjoyed. Would definitely stay there again next time we are in Sydney.
