"Stayed there for 4 Nights . All front desk and concierge staff did an excellent job for the first 3 days . Unfortunately on the day of checking out i came across a front desk lady who was cool , unprofessional and full of attitude . The encounter with her ruined my impression of excellence of staff and service of Fullerton hotel ."

"While the staff were lovely and the room was nice we waited 3 hours for a second bathrobe and had to call 4 times. There was also an opened bottle of sparkling water in the mini bar. The carpet in the hallway was dirty and needed a vacuum. For a hotel that costs a lot to stay in, those details are a bit of a letdown. "

"Excellent location, metro just across the park making getting around easy. Large comfy bed, good shower but dated decor and fittings, needs a revamp but this didn't affect our stay. The windows could do with a clean!"
