Lovely staff and an AMAZING Breakfast!!!
We always stay here for a trip to the local theme for two a day, and it's always fantastic. Super quiet, comfy, lovely staff and the most incredible breakfast!! Can't recommend highly enough. Thanks!

Really nice hotel located conveniently in walking distance to the town centre. Staff was extremely nice and helpful providing advise pro-actively. Would definitely recommend and stay there again 👍

Nice Hotel about 1.5 km walk to town. Hotel refused to credit my Hilton account points as I had booked through Expedia, which was annoying. Equally no acknowledgment that I was a Expedia gold member, not asking for red carpet but whats the point in earning status if it means nothing? I will stick to Accor hotels as their program acknowledges your status. RM

Hotel was very easy to find. We arrived early and was given a room which were very pleased with. Room was clean very modern as is the whole hotel. We eat in the restaurant that night which was not expensive but good. Room had a shower only but very good. Found staff helpful.

Modern, good quality hotel
Main road location and purple colours make it easy to find. Underground car park has direct lift access to rooms and reception. Room large and in good condition but bed was a bit too hard for me. Decent breakfast.

Dirty with blood , no shampoo
In the evening when I was going to bed I found out that sheets and pillow contains drops of blood when I asked for cleaning nothing happened. Then the other day I had to shout at the reception to get a new room. Hotel has terrible cleaning and you can find attached how dirty are the bathrooms nearby breakfast area. The shampoo and soap in the room was not refilled. It contained on the water. Receptionist ( I guess his name was Mitlu) was very arrogant and completely incapable of solving situation.

Good modern hotel on the outskirts of the city. Small but decent breakfast. Poor coffee. Room cleaning could be better since they shouted their cleaning credentials everywhere in the hotel.

Breakfast was good.Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Restaurant was apparently open but it was not evident as there were no staff around in the open plan bar and restaurant . The tables looked like they were set up for breakfast! Reception staff were extremely busy with about 20 people waiting to check in so unable to ask. The receptionist told us the next day when we checked out that the restsurant was open 4-10pm. At 6pm there were no one in the area eating, no staff around in the bar area or table area. So we assumed it was closed. The receptionist apologised and said she would speak to her colleague and let us off the parking fee.

4/10 maximum. Bad breakfast
Dont stay here if you’re a couple, it’s very business like and the breakfast is terrible. I mean really bad! Dry, tatseless, no choice, poor quality high sugar choices, rubbish coffee and powdered egg... ew! Parking terrible, completely full so had to park on the street which did not feel safe and a big walk in to the city up a big hill. Was ok for us but not for the elderly. Overall not a great check in, the staff were miserable and unfriendly. Had to wait 10 minutes at the reception desk when arriving before someone arrived to check us in. Made us feel uncomfortable as we felt the safety and security of the building is compromised with leaving the desk with no attendant.

Nice convenient hotel
This was our first trip since the COVID-19 lock down in France. Very modern, spacious and clean hotel. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Comfortable room and nice washroom. We were pleased to see that the breakfast buffet timings were staggered to reduce overcrowding and to respect social distancing. Highly recommended.

Especially valued the Hampton/Hilton standard on rare Covid-era business trip. Be aware for time planning: breakfast is slower (and safer). Everything in top condition, easy to park.

I have stayed before and will again - Superb
I have stayed before and will again. A superb hotel with the most wonderful staff who are incredibly friendly and very helpful. An amazing breakfast and very comfortable room. A basic but sparkling clean gym is a nice touch and the lobby is comfy for a drink in the evening.
