"Experience was flawed by the lady in charge at check in who was not in the mood to be there. Was adamant i didnt have VIP access, denied me the free daily breakfast so i had to pay for that and was unfriendly in general. She did not inform me of any deposit for later deduction of any services billed so i had to pay for everything including minor things such as a cup of coffee which is annoying and a waste of time. Service is slow and inefficient whether it be check in, room service, pool side...

"I got to the hotel at 9:47pm. I asked about dinner and I was told it is on-going. They assigned a room to me and I went to drop my luggages. When I return to the dinning hall at 9:56pm,they were packing. I asked about food and the receptionist old me there's no food. His name is Reuben Brou. Very stupid and disappointing to hear that. He told me to pick a taxi to Plateau to buy food. I asked him how could a foreign pick a taxi to where I do not know for food? Infact, it was my first time going...

"Extremely disappointing stay. The property did not honor the reservation. Did not provide a shuttle pickup from the airport. Neither I nor Expedia could get in touch with the property via email or phone. The property and room is in disrepair. Electronic lock on the door did not work, outlets, and lights were not functioning. No running water at times during my stay. "
