"This is our fourth stay at a Grecotel. Love their all inclusive package; staff at reception were exceptional and great service generally except in one speciality restaurant. Wifi in room hit and miss. We had problems with digital lock to our room which took days to sort; several times keys renewed, battery in lock changed etc etc. Overall a great stay."

Anastasia was a fabulous host & was always available if we needed something - either on WhatsApp or at the property. We stayed in one of the Grand Suites in Mid-April 2024. "This was the cliche type of an all inclusive hotel, the buffet choices were varied but we preferred to eat not at the hotel for lunch/dinner. We rented a car as otherwise we’d have been isolated on the hotel premises as there isn’t a lot around to do aside from the beach outside the hotel, so for those who wish to do more activities/venture around the island it’s probably best to rent a car. The spa/gym facilities are quite small compared to what we were expecting. Overall cleanliness was ok."
