In my opinion, the pictures on Vrbo understate the view of Lake Hubbard from the house. The house is very new - we were the first renters after the hosts purchased it. "I was looking for the perfect place to go to escape the hustle and bustle, but not be too far from it. This was a great spot! Plenty of space for my kids to have their own privacy, and more than enough space for all of us to enjoy one another. The pool was an added bonus for my 9 year old, and I enjoyed beating my teenage son on the pool table! The host was very responsive, and the home was equipped for all our needs. VERY glad we selected this location. Would highly recommend it!!"

"Nice and spacious accommodation. Secluded for a good gathering. Just to list a couple of shortcomings that can make this to be excellent are, 1. if one of the garage's is converted into a game room with pingpong table etc. as there is huge parking space. 2. Audio system can be improved."

"The house was more than we expected. There were 14 of us, and we all had comfortable places to sleep. It wasn't as clean as we would have liked, but it wasn't terrible, certainly nothing we couldn't deal with easily. (Coffee maker was filled with coffee, dirty towels in the washing machine... stuff like that.) Overall, I'd recommend it."

"Unexpected stay due to multiple flight delays. Unable to get my luggage but staff surprised me with a bag full of essentials (toothbrush, toothpaste, floss, deodorant, hairbrush, etc). Shuttle driver very helpful, also. Convenient location. Restaurant is pricey but food very good."

Only negatives were the $100 hold on card and $7 parking which neither was stated prior to room purchase. Other than that, highly recommend. "
