"This is a lovely old luxury hotel. It has survived being bombed in WW II and Covid. It just needs a little more attention to cleaning the public spaces. The room was very clean, but the hallway and stair carpets had stains and dirt in the crevices. The staff was attentive and very helpful. The beds and pillows were comfy and my request for double beds was honored. The balcony views were unmatched! The rooftop dining was very good. Recommend highly!"

"The public areas, reception, bar, restaurant etc are GORGEOUS and the staff, professional, helpful and friendly. We had 3 rooms..all in theory of the same grade but one, in particular, was much larger and with large balcony. In one roon, the overhead shower was unuseable but the hand held one fine. Only 1 loo roll - a little stingy. The food - we only had bar snacks and breakfast, were excellent. The air-conditioning v efficient. The barman was a delight and he made an excellent Aperol...

"Non posso che raccomandare l'Hotel Decumani! E' situato a due minuti dalla famosa Spaccanapoli e a piedi è possibile raggiungere anche tanti ristoranti/localini. L'Hotel è pulito, silenzioso e fresco (dettaglio importante considerando che noi ci abbiamo soggiornato in estate). "I realy enjoyed the atmosphere of the area. The staff did their best to make me happy and treated me with respect. But, the fridge provided in my room was not working and nobody cared about it. They allowed me to use the staff's fridge downstairs. No liquid soap to wash hands in the bathroom. No facilities to make tea in my room. "
